30 DAY RETURN POLICY

KORITE offers a full refund or exchange on all online purchases that are returned within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be returned in their original condition.  

KORITE Shipping and Returns policies do not apply to fossils found in the Decor Collection.

KORITE is committed to provide the highest quality products and takes pride in the quality of craftsmanship. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will pay the return shipping fees. Once your return has been corrected or fixed, we will send the item back to you with no shipping charges.

*In order for an item(s) to be eligible for a return or exchange, the defective or damaged item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date.

 To return or exchange a purchase, please follow these steps: 

  1.  You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to sending back your item(s). To do this please click here and submit the appropriate information. For any questions you can contact us at 1-800-917-2228

  2. If a promotional piece or free gift was included with your online purchase then it must be returned along with your defective or damaged piece. If it is not included with your shipment then the retail value of this promotional piece or free gift will be deducted from your credit.

  3. All returned items must be securely packed and sent back in its original packaging. You also must include the original receipt.
  4. Please write the RAN number on the outside of the box along with the return shipping address (see below). For items being shipped from outside of Canada please clearly label on the outside of the box: “Canadian Good Returning to Manufacturer for Repair or Exchange”. This is for Canadian Customs.
  5. Do NOT indicate the contents of the package on the box and packages returned without a RAN number will be returned to you.
  6. Send your return back using a trackable & insured shipper to KORITE at:

    Please note: We cannot be responsible for items lost or stolen while in transit.
  7. Please allow ten business days upon receipt of your return to process your refund.
  8. Exchanges will be processed and shipped according to the ship by date for the exchanged item.

 

Please note that KORITE will not be responsible for items lost or stolen while in transit. KORITE strongly encourages you to purchase insurance when you return items. The amount of insurance coverage is your responsibility and we advise to insure your package for the same amount as the value of your KORITE piece.

KORITE will process all returns within ten business days of receiving the item. You can check the status of your return or exchange by clicking here and entering your RAN.

Shipping Information

KORITE will ship your order once payment has been approved and we verify your receiving address. KORITE will not charge you until we ship your item(s). Your order's estimated time of arrival will depend on your credit approval/receipt of payment and shipping time. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays or after 4:00 PM Mountain Time (MST) will be processed the following business day.

Please note: Additional fees for duty and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. KORITE reserves the right to collect these additional fees from you in the event that FedEx is unable to.

FedEx will only deliver packages to a street address and they will NOT deliver to P.O. boxes. For security purposes, KORITE merchandise will not be delivered without a signature. Please be sure to send to an address where an adult who is authorized to sign will be available. If your package is delivered to an office building, apartment complex, hospital, hotel, or school, FedEx may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, or other administrative personnel. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen under these delivery conditions.


If you won't be home to sign for your order if you are sending a gift, KORITE can have your package shipped to an alternate address. As a precaution, KORITE will contact the credit card or financing company to verify that the alternate shipping address is valid. For your security, simply call the credit card company or issuing bank and provide the alternate shipping address. Shipping to an address different than the original billing address may delay your order. 

If the FedEx box shows evidence of tampering, do not sign for it or accept it from the courier. Please contact our Customer Service Department immediately by calling 1-800- 917-2228.


When KORITE ships your order we will send you an e-mail with a tracking number. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the e-mail.
